BooBa is the brand name of a reusable bag that made from Bamboo fiber. The durability of this bag is up to 3-5 years. The main raw material for BooBA is Bamboo Fiber which is widely grown in the SAMUSTIDA area. The Bamboo available on the village of SAMUSTIDA is very abundant and becomes a wild plant.

BOOBA will be processed as follows:
a) The process of making bamboo fibers
1. In the process of making bamboo fibers using raw bamboo which is then sorted out the fibers.
2. Raw bamboo is blended with a thickness of 3mm.
3. Bamboo keys are then soaked with NaOH by 5%. In the use of NaOH as much as 5% will get the results of bamboo fiber as desired because the more use of NaOH bamboo keys will be smoother so that bamboo fibers break easily. Using NaOH as much as 5%, enough to get bamboo fibers that are strong and easily formed.
4. The fiber is obtained from the NaOH bath, then boiled at 70 ℃. This boiling process if the longer it is boiled, the fiber will be softer so that the fiber breaks easily. So in the process of boiling this requires time in accordance with the thickness of bamboo fibers.
5. After softening, then rinsing. The flushing technique taken is rinsing with a soak system, where the degumming process or the breaking of the fiber binding agent is carried out slowly and gradually removes the remaining NaOH content.
6. Next step is fiber separation. This separation is done to separate bamboo fibers to get the desired fiber, the best technique is the slow rolling process, aimed at breaking up the fiber binding agent with the bamboo fiber.

b) Fabric making process
Broadly speaking, the process in making this fabric is the same as making cloth, which is usually using a loom.

c) The process of making a reusable bag
In this manufacturing process, fabric made using bamboo fiber is sewed using a sewing machine to form a reusable bag following the pattern or design that has been made before.
