 The 4.0 revolution era caused new changes for the world. The 21st century also demands new skills to create quality and competitive Human Resources (HR). The US-based Partnership for 21st Century Skills identifies competencies needed in the 21st century, namely ""The 4Cs"" - communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity.  But, parents don't have enough time, access or ability to improve their children's future skills and schools in Indonesia do not cover it. So, Indonesian parents involve their children in tutoring, private learning, and provide supporting books to prepare for the child's future. This is one of the reasons Indonesia has become one of the countries where 'most' parents spend money on children's education. Statista and HSBC research shows that the average expenditure of parents for primary, secondary and tertiary education reaches 250 million rupiah. 75% of parents believe their children will have a bright future with education, so 82% sacrifice for children's education. So, what about children with underprivileged parents? What about children with disability? Do they not have a future?  Introducing,  Kolatif Valley (KV) is a 21st century and money making soft skills learning platform with 1:1 mentorship, collaboration space, and performance experience based in Bogor, Indonesia.   How we works?  1. Creative Education -  KV provides soft skills learning by an offline and online course. Online courses packaged in the form of guidebooks, videos, and audio with free access. Offline course based in Jabodetabek (Indonesia), with partnerships of soft-skill education services by personal, community, or institutional.
 All students who register as Talent at KV will get mentorship and certification facilities. Talents can consult, discuss, and share stories directly with Mentors so that talent development can be monitored and improved significantly.
 2. Creative space  KV provides a place for talents to share and make a collaboration with online and offline collaboration, so they can make a creation together.  3. Creative Performance - The selected creation are facilitated by KV to show their works with further guidance free of charge! Facilities include mentorship, discussion rooms, networks, and sponsorship.
