#DatauntukBencana is our campaign for our event called Duck, Cover, and Hack! Duck, Cover, and Hack! is an event that challenges various people and organizations to bring and openly share their data— to be further managed, reused, repurposed, analyzed and presented for important evidence-based policy to reduce disaster risks in Indonesia. This event is initiated by the U-INSPIRE Innovation Room Working Group, and it is part of Open Data Day https://opendataday.org/. Open Data Day is the yearly bottom-up coordinated event where we reach out to new people and build new solutions to issues in our communities using open data. jika want to do with the data, without any restrictions. Open data is more relevant in today’s society than ever before. We think it is crucial that people have access to key information such as data on disaster and scientific research. We also strongly believe that they have the ability to use it, so they can shape a new way to help government create better policies, helps groups to coordinate aid faster when disaster strikes or even communicate natural disaster data.
