Bring together job-seekers with recruiter from companies in West Borneo.

JWEBO is an application that contains job openings and labor training offered by the recruiter in West Borneo. We make this application due to social unemployment issues. As we know, unemployment in Indonesia is still a lot especially West Borneo. One of the factors that caused many unemployment is due to lack of employment information that can be accessed labor and lack of skills from labor and information about the container to develop skills or Work skills. Based on the data of the Central Board of Statistics of the open unemployment rate (TPT) West Borneo in August 2019 amounted to 4.45 percent or up 0.19 percent against the state of August 2018 of 4.26 percent. Because of these problems, we took the initiative to develop an application to help workforce get work and add to their working skills. The application has interesting features: 1. J-Vacancy Feature Labor force in West Borneo who want to find work can look for it here. This feature allows the work force to get information on job openings in West Borneo. 2. Labor Demand Features The Recruiter or Labor seeker can find a workforce through this feature. They can subscribe to the job vacancy list. Recruiter can get qualified and good workforce through this application. 3. J-Learning Feature In this feature, the workforce can learn and add insight into the workforce, such as how to create a good job cover letter, how to interview work, tips and tricks, and more. The JWEBO project will be conducted for 4 months, starting from the product preparation and design phase in January, then continuing the product manufacturing stage in February. After that, in March, we will do a trial of the application and after it has been successful, we will do the launching and marketing of the JWEBO application. Next in April, we will conduct socialization and seminar in the company, daily Environment, campus, and villages. Our last stage is to create a progress report from JWEBO activity. Marketing of the JWEBO app will be conducted through social media, socialization, and seminars. The company and the workforce can find out our products through such marketing strategies.
