Youth Academia will help to empower youth by skills that are needed in life.

Youth academia is a collaboration learning space for enabling youth to grow, link, and contribute, through a series of self development class, mentorship, and kicktalk session. We are focusing on 4 Cs on 21st century skills for youth: 1. Critical Thinking 2. Creativity 3. Collaboration 4. For instance, if you join our Critical Thinking program, you will understand and practice ‘First Principle thinking on how you solve every problem’. First Principle thinking is an approach which commonly used by McKinsey (or any top consulting firms) to understand the core problems, and find solution into every case. First Principle thinking also been used by Elon Musk when he founded SpaceX, by breaking down the fundamental problem on spaceships, and make it efficient. As for our MVP, we will test our Diamond Theory on facilitating, in order to test our third ‘C’ program, Collaboration.
