​Permasalahan ekonomi yang dialami oleh perempuan di daerah terpencil seperti di daerah pesisir dan pedesaan (rural areas). Hal itu tidak hanya disebabkan karena kurangnya sumber daya ekonomi, tetapi juga karena kurangnya berbagai akses. Seperti kurangnya akses pendidikan; infrastruktur; dan pemberdayaan. Hal ini juga menyebabkan masalah lain seperti pendidikan yang kurang merata; sulitnya daerah untuk dijangkau; dan masalah ketidak setaraan gender seperti pernikahan dini. Yang mana apabila ditilik lagi, permasalahan-permasalah yang terjadi pada perempuan di daerah rural areas merupakan permasalahan yang kompleks dan sangat krusial untuk segera dipecahkan.Menganyam Pesisir merasa perempuan adalah insan yang memiliki potensi luar biasa apabila diberdayakan, khusunya lewat usaha sosial (social entrepreneursip). Oleh karena itu, bertepatan dengan hari Kemerdekaan pada bulan Agustus, Menganyam Pesisir menjadikan momen ini sebagai perayaan “semangat perempuan tanpa batas bagi seluruh perempuan Indonesia” bahwasanya perempuan Indonesia merupakan perempuan pejuang yang mandiri dan berpotensi.Maka dari itu dalam acara YCSEA #BeSociopreneur Online Festival 2020&nbsp; dengan dukungan @america dan Campaign.com, Menganyam Pesisir telah mengadakan (1) webinar dan (2) product launching dengan tema “ANANTHA”: Perempuan tanpa Batas pada 5 Agustus 2020 lalu. Anantha sendiri dalam Bahasa Sansekerta berarti tanpa batas/no limit. Yang menurut Kharolin Hilda Amazona (founder dari Menganyam Pesisir) yang juga menjadi moderator dalam acara ini, yaitu bahwasannya topik yang diangkat “ANANTHA”: Perempuan tanpa Batas sebagai upaya penyadartahuan kepada masyarakat tentang bagaimana usaha sosial dapat mengangkat kehidupan perempuan dan membuka jalan menuju pemberdayaan dan kesetaraan gender.&nbsp; Dalam acara ini dilakukan webinar dengan membahas tentang pentingnya pemberdayaan perempuan dan dampak nyata dari pemberdayaan perempuan melalui usaha sosial. Dimana pembahasan dari webinar ini yaitu dari dua sudut pandang dua pembicara yang berbeda, yaitu dari pemerintahan dan dari usaha sosial.&nbsp; Pertama yaitu webinar dari Ibu Nelly Tristiana, S.Kep, Ns,&nbsp; selaku Kepala Bidang Kesetaraan Gender dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan (KGPP) Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak dan Pengendalian Penduduk Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DP3AP2 DIY). Yang mana DP3AP2 DIY adalah lembaga yang membidangi terkait dengan bagaimana pemerintah DIY berupaya untuk mewujudkan keadilan dan kesetaraan gender, salah satunya melalui pemberdayaan perempuan melalui bidang ekonomi.&nbsp; Dalam kesempatan ini, Ibu Nelly membahas tentang pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat, khusunya pemberdayaan perempuan. Dimana menurut Ibu Nelly sebetulnya perempuan sudah sangat berdaya, hanya saja terkadang terkendala akan lingkungan, regulasi, dan kesempatan yang ada, dan itulah kenapa, keberdayaan perempuan harus di dorong. Pentingnya pemberdayaan perempuan juga terkait tentang bagaimana merubah mindset perempuan, dimana perempuan yang semisal merupakan ibu rumah tangga, yang tadinya belum memiliki suatu keterampilan atau belum mengetahui informasi dalam suatu hal, kemudian memiliki skill dan menjadi tahu. Setelah itu maka perempuan tersebut akan tergerak untuk melakukan sesuatu, seperti semisal dimulai dengan mau mengikuti perkumpulan dan pelatihan, seperti pelatihan kewirausahaan, kemudian setelah itu mampu membuat produk dengan nilai jual. Siklus ini jugalah yang dikembangkan untuk memberdayakan perempuan-perempuan yang ada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) oleh Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak dan Pengendalian Penduduk Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DP3AP2 DIY) seperti lewat program Desa PRIMA (Perempuan Indonesia Maju Mandiri). Lebih lanjut Ibu Nelly menjelaskan bahwa&nbsp;pentingnya pemberdayaan perempuan diantaranya yaitu: dapat meningkatkan kapasitas diri perempuan, dapat membuka dan memperluas kesempatan untuk mengembangkan potensi diri dan dapat memperkuat daya tawar dalam mengakses sumber daya.&nbsp; Kemudian yang kedua, webinar disampaikan oleh Mbak Ida HOD selaku Komisaris dan Co-Founder dari usaha social House of Diamonds (HOD) yang membahas tentang bagaimana dampak usaha sosial HOD terhadap kesejahteraan perempuan. Dalam webinar ini Mbak Ida HOD memaparkan bahwasannya dampak usaha sosial HOD terhadap perempuan binaannya yaitu memberikan pekerjaan yang layak, adil dan bermartabat kepada perempuan-perempuan di Malang. Yaitu dengan diberikan pelatihan menjahit, kemudian juga diberikan kelas-kelas seperti kelas keuangan, kelas bahas asing, dsb. Dimana perempuan-perempuan binaan HOD ini mendapatkan pendapapatan yang sesuai, dan pekerjaan mereka dapat dikerjakan di rumah sehingga para perempuan ini tetap bisa berkumpul dengan keluarganya. Kondisi ini sangat jauh berbeda dibandingkan dengan kondisi sebelumnya, dimana perempuan-perempuan ini bekerja di pabrik dan mendapatkan gaji underpaid serta tereksploitasi. Dengan HOD, Mbak Ida HOD percaya bahwa setiap perempuan memiliki kesempatan untuk tumbuh, dan memiliki kesempatan untuk berkembang. Selain itu, dalam menyikapi pandemik covid 19, Ibu Nelly memaparkan bahwa perempuan binaan dari DP3AP2 DIY lewat Desa PRIMA mengalami masalah seperti kehabisan modal. Yang mana hal tersebut dikarenakan rata-rata perempuan binaan&nbsp; tidak bisa memproduksi produk, dan jika berproduksi, produknya tidak terjual. Oleh karena itu DP3AP2 DIY bersama para pendamping Desa PRIMA bersama-sama mencari solusi dengan menjual produk-produk tersebut lewat online dan lewat dinas-dinas, yang mana ternyata permintaannya cukup menjanjikan. Berbeda dengan HOD, Mbak Ida HOD memaparkan bahwasannya dalam menyikapi pandemik HOD melakukan pivot, yaitu dari memproduksi selimut menjadi memproduksi masker batik Indonesia. Dimana dampak dari pandemik sudah dirasakan HOD dari bulan februari, dan HOD langsung tanggap dengan melakukan pivot, yang dampaknya sangat positif. Yaitu keberlangsungan dari usaha HOD tetap berlanjut dan bertahan di kondisi pandemik ini. Kemudian acara YCSEA #BeSociopreneur Online Festival 2020 dari Menganyam Pesisir ditutup dengan Product Launching, yaitu dengan pemutaran video product launching yang bertemakan “ANANTHA”: Perempuan tanpa Batas. Yang mana produk yang di luncurkan yaitu berupa tas anyaman kombinasi kulit yang anyamannya dianyam oleh perempuan binaan Menganyam Pesisir dan pembuatan tasnya berkolaborasi dengan UMKM kulit lokal di Jogja. Tidak hanya itu, dalam momen ini juga diluncurkan anting kombinasi anyaman, dengan lukisan khad DIY, pom-pom dan rumbai. Dimana produk-produk yang diluncurkan oleh Menganyam Pesisir mengusung mix tradisonal dan modern dari anyaman dengan unsur kebudayaan D.I. Yogyakarta, dimana Menganyam Pesisir ingin mengangkat anyaman agar naik kelas melalui produk anyaman yang fashionable dan youthful (anak muda banget). Sebagai penutup Kharolin memaparkan bahwa, dengan semangat “ANANTHA”: Perempuan tanpa Batas, Menganyam Pesisir percaya bahwa setiap perempuan memiliki potensi yang luar biasa untuk dikembangkan terutama lewat pemberdayaan perempuan dengan kewirausahaan. Dan dengan semangat “ANANTHA”: Perempuan tanpa Batas semua perempuan bebas untuk meraih mimpi-mimpinya. ​Keseruan YCSE Academy 2.0 terus berlanjut, walaupun besok sudah beranjak hari ke 5 / hari terakhir. Rasanya enggan untuk berpissh dengan teman2... Hari ini kami belajar tentang elevator speech dari Mbak Adelia, juga tentang finding investor dari Alpha JWC Venture, finding mentor dari Menjadi Manusia, finding collaborator dari YSEALI, juga ada materi tentang bagaimana berjejaring dari Mbak Eva dan ditutup dengan latihan pitching untuk persiapan tgl 12 besok di @america. Overall this day was so FUN 😊

DAY 4 YCSE ACADEMY 2.0 BOOTCAMP

​Hari ke 3 semakin seruuuu... Di hari ke 3 ini kami belajar tentang bagaimana agar SE kami menjadi semakin sustain, tentang solution improvement, inovating business model, dan finance management in SE yang materinya disampaikan oleh kakak-kakak dari SIAP. Juga tadi belajar tentang pitching dari ahlinya langsung, dan beliau dari Amerika. Hari ke 3 ini kami merasa bersyukur sekali karena bisa belajar materi-materi yang kami butuhkan untuk keberlanjutan SE kami &amp; selama ini kami memang mencari-cari tentang materi ini, dan Campaign mewujudkan itu. Day 3 YCSE Academy 2.0 Bootcamp

​Lagi-lagi se seru itu acara YCSE Academu 2.0 Bootcamp hari ke 2 ini.&nbsp; Pagi ini dibuka dengan mini pitching dari ke 10 finalist, kami juga diberikan banyak masukan untuk pitching yang lebih baik. Juga kami belajar tentang Impact Management, Impact Measurement, juga bagaimana menemukan output dan input dari SE kami masing-masing. Di sore hari ada welcoming remark oleh US Embassy dan dilanjutkan mini exhibition setiap finalist. Hari ini sangat full, dan semua acaranya menyenangkan banget &amp; insightful 😊💕💕

Day 2 YCSE Academy 2.0 Bootcamp

​Yey Tim Menganyam Pesisir yang diwakili Olin, Darajat &amp; Putra hari ini sudah di Jakarta untuk mengikuti YCSE 2.0 Bootcamp. Seseru itu, karena bisa belajar banyak hal di para pakar yang luar biasa, hari ini kita belajar tentang Social Media Marketing dari Yoga dan jadi tahu lebih tentang @america dari Kak Rima. Juga ada materi tentang Founder Agreement &amp; Conflict Management, Estabilishing Team Culture, dan Human Resource dari kakak2 keren dari Campaign. About "Pandan Laut Trees" 🏝

Hi everyone, we are “Menganyam Pesisir” 😊🖐

 
-Menganyam Pesisir (Coastal Weaving) is a sustainable social enterprise by empowering marginal indigenous women in coastal areas by increasing the capacity of human resources by providing "skills training, mentoring and entrepreneurship" through the utilization of abundant natural resources in the form of sea pandanus leaves (daun pandan laut) in coastal areas to become fashion woven products based on local wisdom with high selling prices.
-What we do:
1. Skills Training: The Skills Training that we provide is in the form of how to weave until the process to become woven products, where these women have not been able to weave or do not yet have certain skills, so we provide them these skills.
2. Mentoring: To optimize the training that we have done, we conduct periodic mentoring, where mentoring serves as an oversight for our empowered women, so that these women can be more targeted and so that these women can be more developed.
3. Entrepreneurship: We realize that in order to be sustainable, our social enterprise must have a profit, so we train our empowered women how to market their products in their village/in coastal areas, how to communicate with their customers and how to manage their finance. On the other hand we also encourage our empowered women to become our partners, by selling their products and inviting them to collaborate with us by making fashionable woven products based on local wisdom with high selling value through social media. - The issues that we want to rise are:
The main problems of “Menganyam Pesisir” are about "poverty and gender inequality".
1. Poverty
(The most poverty in Indonesia mostly occurs in coastal areas, where Indonesia as the widest archipelago country in the world has more than 17.500 islands and has a lot of coastal areas. Currently D.I. Yogyakarta Province is the 12th poorest province in Indonesia and the poorest province in Java Island (BPS 2019), this is because there are 2 regencies where poverty is difficult to alleviate in D.I. Yogyakarta that are located in Gunung Kidul Regency and Kulon Progo Regency)
2. Gender Inequality
(Women in coastal areas get married at a young age, which they consider a burden of their families if they do not get married soon. These women also do not get the same opportunities as men in coastal areas).
Because of these two main problems we focus on women empowerment by empowering indigeneous marginal women in coastal areas. We started Menganyam Pesisir since August 8 2018 (we started our research since April 2017), where currently we have two empowered villages that located in Gunung Kidul Regency and Bantul Regency.


In the future, we want to be able to empower more coastal women and be able to expand our empowerment in the coastal areas. We need support from #BeSociopreneur so that what we do can be better known to the wider community, and we hope that more people can support what we have done. By supporting "Menganyam Pesisir", means that you support the sustainability of our social enterprise, where our social enterprise not only supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially No.1 "No Poverty" and No. 5 "Gender Equality" but we also support the preservation of the original culture of the Indonesian people "Anyaman (traditional weaving technique)", where currently weavers in Indonesia have left this profession and weaving profession towards of extinction. Then also at this time the Indonesian people are no longer interested in woven products, because woven product is considered as old and outdated craft, that's why in this Menganyam Pesiair we try to make fashionable and up to date woven products, especially for young people. And most importantly our social enterprise creates a new job for indigeneous marginal women in coastal areas, so that in the future these coastal women can have the opportunity of better living and can be financially independent and independent as dignified women in the community. Therefore, by supporting Menganyam Pesisir social enterprise, it means You also support 3 important things: 
1. Supporting SDGs global goals
2. Supporting the preservation of Indonesia's "Anyaman" culture
3. Creating a new job for coastal women

"NGRAWAH PRODUCTS"
The meaning of "Ngrawah" comes from one of first beach that we visited in Gunung Kidul Regency when we started Menganyam Pesisir. Ngrawah is a beautiful beach, not many people know this beach. Arguably "Ngrawah is a hidden paradise" because Ngrawah is covered by beautiful white sand that glittered when exposed to the sun, Ngrawah also has serene waves, which sea pandanus trees grow abundan around of this beach. We can say Ngrawah is a symbol of "the beginning of the struggle", a beaoutiful beach and a "new hope"

OUR PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
Menganyam Pesisir's product with brand @ngrawah.products are woven products that are up to date and fashionable. Our woven products have a "Bohemian Style" with characteristics: colorful, unique and cute. We also add beautiful paintings and decorations (pom-poms and tassel).

SEGMENTATION
Our customer targets are young women aged 20-27 years, who are bohemian style enthusiast, and like to post Outfit of the Day (OOTD) fashion photos on Instagram, that's why we sell our products on Instagram (to reach our costumers).

Note: 
Our woven products are not only beautiful, but we also trying to introduce one of the traditional craft from Indonesia in the form of " anyaman / woven products", where currently most of woven products that sold are not up to date and fashionable for young women. Therefore in Menganyam Pesisir we try to make beautiful and fashionable woven products.

"NGRAWAH PRODUCTS"
Arti "Ngrawah" berasal dari salah satu pantai pertama yang kami kunjungi di Kabupaten Gunung Kidul ketika kami memulai Menganyam Pesisir. Ngrawah adalah pantai yang indah, tidak banyak orang tahu pantai ini. Bisa dibilang "Ngrawah adalah surga tersembunyi" karena Ngrawah ditutupi oleh pasir putih yang indah yang berkilauan ketika terkena sinar matahari, Ngrawah juga memiliki ombak yang tenang, dimana pohon pandan laut tumbuh melimpah di sekitar pantai ini. Bisa dikatakan Ngrawah adalah simbol dari "awal perjuangan", pantai indah dan "harapan baru"

PRODUK KAMI:
Produk Menganyam Pesisir dengan merek @ngrawah.products adalah produk anyaman yang kekinian dan fashionable. Produk anyaman kami memiliki "Gaya Bohemian" dengan karakteristik: warna-warni, unik dan imut. Kami juga menambahkan lukisan dan dekorasi yang cantik (pom-pom dan tassel). 

SEGMENTASI:
Target pelanggan kami adalah wanita muda berusia 20-27 tahun, penyuka gaya bohemian, dan suka memposting foto OOTD di Instagram, itu sebabnya kami menjual produk kami di Instagram (untuk menjangkau pelanggan kami).

Catatan:
Produk anyaman kami tidak hanya cantik, tetapi kami juga mencoba memperkenalkan salah satu kerajinan tradisional dari Indonesia yaitu "anyaman", di mana saat ini sebagian besar produk anyaman yang dijual merupakan produk yang cenderung kurang modis untuk wanita muda. Oleh karena itu di Menganyam Pesisir kami mencoba membuat produk anyaman yang cantik dan modis.




ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

OUR SUCCESS STORY

We officially started Menganyam Pesisir on August 18 2018, when we started Menganyam Pesisir we can say that's literally very risky. Our condition at that time we only had 5% of the funds that we were needed to build Menganyam Pesisir, we got the funds from our founder, Kharolin, where she won one of college student competition in 2018 and she used all the prizes from the competition to build Menganyam Pesisir.

On the other hand, our empowered village "Kanigoro Village in Gunung Kidul Regency" is a remote coastal area and difficult to reach. Then none of our team could weaving, where if we invited the weaving trainers to Kanigoro Village, the costs needed were almost 1.5 times bigger then the money that we had, than we decided that one of our member would take weaving course to minimaze the cost, which she (our member) could train of weaving to coastal areas.

At that time as Menganyam Pesisir Team we trust in each other as a team with a strong determination. We conducted training for 7 days to our empowered women in coastal area (previously these women did not yet have the skills to weave, etc.). The training was in the form of how to process sea pandanus leaves to dry, how to weave, how to dye the woven sheet, how to make decorations like pom-poms and tassels, and how to make woven bags.

Our successful training with our empowered women in Gunung Kidul coastal area is our greatest pride, we are truly happy that what we have dreamed of has been realized (previously we have done research on the potential of sea pandanus leaves and about coastal communities in Gunung Kidul for 1 year "since April 2017"). This is a long process of us, but here we prove that with teamwork and cooperation with all of people, things that were previously impossible are possible.

CERITA SUKSES KAMI

Kami secara resmi memulai Menganyam Pesisir pada 18 Agustus 2018, ketika kami memulai Menganyam Pesisir bisa dikatakan hal tersebut sangatlah beresiko. Kondisi kami saat itu kami hanya memiliki 5% dari dana yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun Menganyam Pesisir, kami mendapat dana dari pendiri kami, Kharolin, di mana ia memenangkan salah satu kompetisi mahasiswa pada tahun 2018 dan ia menggunakan semua hadiah dari kompetisi tersebut untuk membangun Menganyam Pesisir .

Di sisi lain, desa binaan kami "Desa Kanigoro di Kabupaten Gunung Kidul" adalah daerah pesisir yang sangat terpencil dan sulit untuk dijangkau. Kemudian saat itu tidak ada anggota dari tim kami yang bisa menganyam, di mana jika kami mengundang pelatih menganyam ke Desa Kanigoro, biaya yang dibutuhkan hampir 1,5 kali lebih besar daripada dana yang kami miliki, kemudian kami memutuskan bahwa salah satu anggota tim kami akan mengambil kursus menganyam untuk meminimalisir biaya, dimana tim kami tersebut akan mentraining menganyam di daerah pesisir.

Saat itu sebagai Tim Menganyam Pesisir, kami percaya satu sama lain sebagai tim dengan tekad yang kuat. Kami melakukan pelatihan selama 7 hari untuk para wanita binaan kami di wilayah pesisir Gunung Kidul (sebelumnya para wanita ini belum memiliki keterampilan untuk menganyam, dll.). Pelatihan tersebut dari bagaimana cara mengolah daun pandan laut menjadi kering, bagaimana cara menganyam, bagaimana cara mewarnai selongsong anyaman, bagaimana cara membuat hiasan pom-pom dan tassel, dan bagaimana cara membuat tas anyaman.

Keberhasilan kami melakukan training kepada wanita binaan kami di pesisir Gunung Kidul merupakan suatu kebangaan dan kesuksesan terbesar kami, kami benar-benar sangat bahagia bahwa apa yang kami impi-impikan selama ini bisa terwujud (sebelumnya kami telah melakukan riset tentang potensi daun pandan laut dan tentang masyarakat pesisir di Gunung Kidul selama 1 tahun “sejak April 2017”). Ini adalah proses yang panjang bagi kami, tetapi di sini kami membuktikan bahwa dengan kerja sama tim dan bekerjasasam dengan semua pihak, hal yang tadinya tidak mungkin menjadi mungkin.

In building a business:
-must have a passion to run the business and have to confidence/sure that the business that she/he starts will be successful
-businesses can survive because their founder "drive and have a lot of great ideas"
-skill set & personality (balance)
-handle investors
-make sure you have clearly assigned in responsibility from the start

Pitching:
-short but clear
-explaining "the idea"
-potential
-have team member expertise
-commit capital to the business
-you understand the market and competitive
-focus initial market and grow from there

How is the best elevator pitch?
-It's really about getting to know the audience
-find investors who determine the most decisions
-grab their attention

How to follow up after the pitch:
-do not be afraid to email them

STOQO
When Sherly Marcelina (Head of Commercial Development of STOQO) and Tri Ahmad Irfan (Engineering Lead of STOQO) joined STOQO, STOQO was really in the initial stages, what Sherly and Irfan thought was "whether I would be wasting time here, will this start up develop? Etc ", but what Sherly and Irfan did was to believe in STOQO and develop together with STOQO.

3 Kinds of Investment in general (many persons asking this):
1. Angel Investment (basically investment from individuals, ex: from mother, father, friends, network)
2. Venture Debt (a form of funding in the form of loans / debts, this funding is given to you, you don't need to give any equity, but you are required to pay back this debt). Quite flexible, just make sure you can repay
3. Venture Equity (give certain amount as well, usually is higher than "Angel" because it's from the institution, take certain equity from the company). Usually done by venture capital or any kinds of accelerator. Pick the investor very carefully, imagine this is like a marriage, they will be with you forever.

3 Things that can be started to build our enterprise are: be creative, try from small and empower who surround you.

Gender diversity in team:
According to Larisa Sidarto (Director of Business Development and Marketing of HARA) in a team, gender diversity is very important, where with gender diversity we can get many ideas, challenge each other and be able to spot the blanks, so complementary, because the best ideas come from team collaboration.

Technology on HARA's view:
According to Larisa Sidarto technology is to improve business, but not everyone is ready with technological developments, especially farmers. That's why HARA maximizes sustainable technology to farmers by working with agripreneur in villages, where the agripreneur are people who can be reached by HARA and can use applications from HARA, so the agripreneur is a media between HARA and farmers.

How important are social impacts that can be given to the community?
-very important
-with scability: sustain your business
-with technology: can bring your business faster, scale your business and impactful
- financial sustainability: sometimes a social enterprise focuses on impact and forgets to focus on financial impact, must focus on both "impact and profit", because when you get financial sustainability (profit) you will have room to grow and bring more initiative to scale and have much impact on the community.
-collaboration is key, it's not competition.

Team building:
Everyone has advantages, look for a team that can complement each other, cover each other, someone who has different skill sets and someone who complement you.

How HARA empower people:
Knowing what people want in their lives (farmers), knowing what are their passions, where by understanding these things we can connect with what their goals. HARA will help them to work to achieve it.

Overcoming being an introvert:
According to Nadia Putri if we are introverts, if you are passionate about something, you should try to speak first, because introverts are usually difficult to speak, on the other hand an introvert is a good listener.

Being an entrepreneur means that we must have capacity building, team building and connection. Capacity building can be done by increasing the ability of knowledge, skills, attitude and behavior, because working in entrepreneurial world is a long process, and as an entrepreneur we must continue to develop ourselves. Team bulding is something that must be fostered, because we will walk with our team to achieve the goals of our enterprise, therefore we must form a synergy with our team. Connection, in entrepreneurship, building relationships is an important thing to do.

Determine the media: use all available media and test the media, then choose the most appropriate media needed by your enterprise. According to Lemonilo in using media, in their social media Lemonilo creates interesting content. The content that Lemonilo makes, is a content that educates Lemonilo's followers as well and how to give Lemonilo's followers value and how Lemonilo's followers can get more benefit from the content that Lemonilo shares in the social media.

Make a product: determine who your target and to determine whether the price is expensive or cheap, it depends on who your targets are.

How to compite with competitors if they sell the same product ?: don't sell the same product with your competitors, give the different values which excecution is everything, remember to not launch the product that has already been exsisted.

Determine passion: to determine our passion, it depends on each personal journey, choose a passion that when you do it you feel enthusiastic, because we can develop far if we work according to our passion.

The way Lemonilo hires workers in their enterprise: for them it does not matter whether male or female, if the person is suitable to do the job desk that will be given, then he/she will be chosen.
