Who produces passion to die for from players and that fearless mentality that other clubs adopt. We want a manager who gives short shrift to those who prefer days off. Who plays them in correct positions. Who brings in better quality in all positions not just midfield when other positions clearly need attention. We want someone with nous who can bespoke the right player seamlessly into the squad from another club. Who isa real man manager.
