Make a platform for connecting companies and social event organizers

Sofund.id is a start-up website-platform-based idea which is focusing on being a marketplace between companies (who have funds and want to create social responsibilities) and social event organizers (who need funds and want to create social impacts), so that either companies and social event organizers can meet their objectives efficiently through one platform, it is sofund.id. Our super team, who came from different backgrounds with their own specialties, wants to help social funding successfully occur with monitoring for each funding allocates. They are:
1. Afif Muflih as CEO. He will lead this project to be launched and achieve its goals.
2. Anisa Ni’matussholiha as CMO. She is in charge for ensuring marketing strategies are being carried out.
3. Arif Hidayat as CTO. He is in responsible for developing our website-platform and technology system.
4. Rizqy Anita Putri as Head of Community. She has a job to build relationships with social event organizers, companies and stakeholders.
5. Umar Al Faruq as CFO. He has responsibility to arrange, allocate, forecast and keep the finance in track.


Why We do What We Do?

In Yogyakarta, we found that 80% of event organizers find hard to seek funding since they don’t have enough link of sponsorship for their social events. Meanwhile, social-concerned companies have to attempt a big effort in long period of time to get their most suitable social event(s) in order to achieve their goals. So, sofund.id is built for connecting their objectives in a website-platform in this link (https://sofund.web.id/). Sofund.id is also planned to have in-web messaging system for replacing space to negotiate and make memorandum of understanding (MoU) between those two actors.

By using sofund.id, both actors as mentioned above will get some benefits, which are:
1. Efficiency.
They will involve in efficient funding process for killing barriers (such as time and spaces) to get the funding officially negotiated. Also, companies get easier access to sort and select the fittest social event to fund by categories, such as social-education, social-economy, and so on.

2. Transparency and Monitoring.
Every social event which is published in sofund.id’s website get their campaign be recognizable for web visitors, so they have possibility to attract more audiences/ followers. Furthermore, sofund.id will monitor the funding allocation in order to keep social event organizers be more responsible on using the funding.

3. Eco-friendly
Moreover, we also encourage them to eco-friendly ecosystem by reducing paper used in these transactions.
