on the afternoon of 26 July 2019, Mr. Rahul Yadav aka Fouji, the security head of JC BOSE UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, FARIDABAD came towards the Lal Chowk of college with a wooden stick in his hand and started throwing it at the street dogs playing there and as a result of this he ended up making a dog very injured. If in an educational institute such things are happening to a animal what is the surety about the security of students studying there. Also when the witnesses tried to contact authorities about it they completely ignored it.
