Except where the context provides otherwise, terms that start with a capital letter in these Terms and Conditions have the following definitions:

1. “Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application” is an application belongs to Campaign #ForABetterWorld which serves as a platform for Campaign #ForABetterWorld to carry out its business activities and as a means to achieve the aims and objectives as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions;

2. “Campaign #ForABetterWorld” is PT Uni Tokopo Teknologi and Yayasan Dunia Lebih Baik which is the legal entity that rightfully owns and manages the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application in organizing each Challenge and is supported by Users in the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application;

3. “Campaign Page” is a feature in the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application that can be used to publish activities, hold Campaign Challenges, view any Actions that have been taken by users, and other features or benefits as developed by Campaign #ForABetterWorld from time to time;

4. “Organizer” is a community, agency, organization, institution, school, individual, or other form that conducts campaign on a particular social issue through Challenge in Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application to be supported by Users as subject to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and agreement with Campaign #ForABetterWorld;

5. “User” is an individual who reads these Terms and Conditions, who has downloaded the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application, registered for the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application, and has been verified by Campaign #ForABetterWorld to take part in the Challenge available on the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application;

6. “Challenge” is a set of social campaign actions whose instructions are given by the Organizer in collaboration with Campaign #ForABetterWorld to achieve certain goals and objectives by using platform owned by Campaign #ForABetterWorld, namely the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application, as specified in the Terms and Conditions of use and in this Agreement, as verified by Campaign #ForABetterWorld. These challenges can be Daily Challenges or Various Challenges;

7. “Daily Action Challenge” is a challenge on the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application where the User takes action for a certain number of days;

8. “Multi-Action Challenges” is a challenge on the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application where the User performs a number of various actions;

9. “Action” are actions taken by User to commit to social campaign as referred to in the Challenge which has been verified by the Campaign #ForABetterWorld and published in the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application.

By accessing and/or using the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application, you hereby represent and warrant that you are at least 13 (thirteen) years old, or are not under guardianship or interdiction. That you legally have the capacity and are entitled to bind yourself to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not meet the requirements regarding that age, but continue to access and/or use the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application or the Services we provide, you hereby represent and warrant that your actions have been approved by your parent or guardian.

Collaborators on our Service can be divided into 3 (three) major sections, namely:

1. Supporter or User

Supports or users are people who use our Services to learn about and support campaigns on social issues held by the Organizer by taking actions in the Challenge on the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application. Not only can they help the organizers in carrying out their social campaigns, but also take part in taking good action in fun way together;

2. Organizer

Organizer is any organization engaged in the social sector or outside it, which organizes campaigns trying to solve social issues that they care about. This campaign is packaged as a Challenge along with the development of the Services provided by us;

3. Sponsor

Sponsors are people, organizations, agencies, foundations or companies that give funding social campaigns organized by the Organizer as available on the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application. Sponsors can choose which Organizer or Challenge would like to fund through our platform as a Service provider.

• Provide a variety of integrated Services to conduct social campaign

• We provide a variety of Services that are subject to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Services”), including:

a. Website (www.campaign.com);

b. Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application which can be downloaded on the PlayStore and AppStore;

c. Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn and other media accounts).

• Development of our Services

We are always committed to continuously improving our Services and developing new features to make our Services better for you.

• Comply with these Terms and Conditions

The permission that we give you to use our Services is valid as long as you fulfill your responsibilities in these Terms and Conditions. Even though we give you permission to use our Services, we retain the intellectual property rights that we have on the Service.

• Give us certain permissions

We need your permission, including:

a. Permission to use content that you create and share in the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application

The content referred to in these provisions includes but is not limited to any work that is expressed in a real form, such as in the form of images, photographs, video, writing, or other forms. The content you create and share remains yours. You allow us to reuse and share it. By creating and sharing content, you do not lose any ownership rights that you may have in your content. However, you authorize us to share this content with anyone, distribute it on any platform and any media, and to modify it as necessary, without breaking the law. In legal language, by creating and sharing content on the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application, you grant us non-exclusive royalty-free permission (with rights to sub-license) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content in any and all media or various distribution methods (whether present or any future development). This includes making your content available to companies, organizations or other people who partner with us for syndication, broadcasting, distribution or publication of content in any media. You represent and confirm that we have all the rights, power and authority necessary to allow us to use any content that you create and share. You also consent to all use of your content without compensation paid to you or as determined by you and us.

b. Permission to upgrade Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application

If you download or use the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application, you give us permission to download and install updates if available.

c. Permission to take action when there is a violation, abuse, and/or illegal act in the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application

Subject to the laws and regulations prevailing in the Republic of Indonesia, these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, partnership agreements with partners in any form, and other relevant provisions, you give us permission or right to take action when we find indications of a violation, abuse, and/or illegal acts that occur in the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application and have sufficient reason to do so. Forms of violation, abuse, and/or unlawful acts referred to in this provision include but are not limited to the provisions that we state at the end of this Terms and Conditions section.

If you have met the age requirements, and have been verified by us, then you can use our Services. Your account can only be used by you and cannot be transferred to other people for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse to provide the Service if we know or have sufficient reason to suspect that you have transferred or allowed your Account to be used by someone else.

The security and confidentiality of your Account, including your registered name, registered email address, and registered mobile phone number are solely your personal responsibility. All losses and risks arising from your negligence to maintain security and confidentiality as stated are your responsibility.

Immediately notify us if you know or suspect that your Account has been used without your knowledge and consent. We will take the actions we deem necessary and we can take against such uses without consent.

Our Services provide the opportunity for you to make your content uploaded and available to the public. Thus, you agree to the permission given to us to use your content as we have described in the previous section.

Regarding this content, you hereby agree and commit to uploading content in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the terms of the related cooperation agreement (if any), whether it is determined by us, the Organizer, and/or the Sponsor by does not violate the prevailing laws and regulations. If we find that there is a violation of the provisions in this section, we can take appropriate action, remove, or limit access to the content.

Our Services include our proprietary content, for example articles written and published by us, and visual illustrations that you see on the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application. You can use our content as permitted by us as long as it is not for commercial purposes and is not against the prevailing law and regulation. We remain the owner of the intellectual property rights in all of our content.

Our Services also give you access to content belonging to other people, the Organizer, or the Sponsor, for example photos or posts about actions published by these parties, or articles about updates published on the Campaign page. You may not use this content without the permission of that other person, the Organizer or the Sponsor, or as permitted by law. Then, to avoid misunderstanding, the content has their own point of views they are trying to express, belongs to them, and does not necessarily reflect our views.

What We Can Do

If we find content in the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application or our Services, and we reasonably believe that the content will or has been:

• violate these Terms and Conditions;

• cause harm or liability to Users, third parties, or us;

• violating the provisions of laws and regulations in force or an order from a law enforcement authority;

• violates the integrity or security of our Service.

then we will give you advance notice to explain our actions (where possible), and provide you with opportunity to fix the problem. Our actions we mean in this provision are as follows:

• delete your content;

• Suspend your account; and/or

• terminate your access.

You have the right to fix problems. You can report events or actions that you consider to be a violation or abuse of these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

Spam, malware and phishing;

Sample case:
Spam: Users intentionally upload the same content repeatedly to take action on the same Challenge, even though the uploaded content is in accordance with the instructions from the Challenge.
Malware: There is damage to the application which if left idle will have implications for breaking the user's personal information.
Phishing: An attempt by someone to try to gain access to the User account by sending User suspicious messages and/or links requesting User's personal information.

If the User is indicated to have violated the spam prohibition referred to in this provision, the violation will be divided into several levels:
1. First violation (mild category).
If we find action spam activity being carried out, we will notify the User to re-upload the action, with details as follows:

• If the User has re-uploaded the action, then We declare that the problem has been resolved.
• If within 7 (seven) working days after We send the notification, the User does not respond and/or does not re-upload, then We will delete the action.

• If the User has re-uploaded the action, then We declare that the problem has been resolved.
• If within 7 (seven) working days after We send the notification, the User does not respond and/or does not re-upload, then We will apply User account restrictions. Some of the things that users cannot do when exposed to account restrictions are as follows:
• Unable to participate in Challenges and Campaigns on the #ForABetterWorld Campaign app;
• Unable to upload action.
• After 14 (fourteen) days, the User's account status will be restored again under the supervision of our team.

• If the User has re-uploaded the action, then We declare that the problem has been resolved.
• If within 7 (seven) working days after We send the notification, the User does not respond and/or does not re-upload, then We will permanently deactivate and/or delete the User's account.
• If the User wants to reactivate an account that has been permanently deactivated and/or deleted, then the User can appeal to us by contacting our Legal Team via email or filling out a form.

Fake Engagement
Fake Engagement activity is an activity that is classified as a serious violation because this activity is not in accordance with the vision and mission of Campaign #ForABetterWorld which wants to jointly build new habits (take action) in order to change the surrounding environment and the world for the better.
Fake Engagement activities include content and/or manipulative activities on the platform by increasing the amount of donations collected, with the following form categories:

• If the User is indicated to create multiple accounts with the same username to upload the same action content.
• If the User is indicated to create multiple accounts with the same username to upload different action content.

Unoriginal content
The originality of the content can be seen from the content uploaded by the User. If the User is indicated to use content that does not belong to him to participate in the Challenge as referred to in this provision, the violation will be divided into several levels:
1. First violation (mild category)
If we find the violation, then we will give a notification to the user to re-upload the action, with the following details:

• If the User has re-uploaded the action, then We declare that the problem has been resolved.
• If within 7 (seven) working days after we send the notification the user does not respond and/or does not re-upload the action, then we will delete the action.

• If the User has re-uploaded the action, then We declare that the problem has been resolved.
• If within 7 (seven) working days after We send the notification the User does not respond and/or does not re-upload, then We will apply restrictions on the User's account. There are several things that users cannot do when exposed to account restrictions, as follows:
  i. Unable to take part in the Challenge on the #ForABetterWorld Campaign App;
  ii. Unable to upload action.
• After 14 (fourteen) days, the User's account status will be restored again by being under the supervision of our team.

• If the User has re-uploaded the action, then We declare that the problem has been resolved.
• If within 7 (seven) working days after We send the notification the User does not respond and/or does not re-upload, then We will permanently deactivate and/or delete the User's account.
• If the User wants to reactivate an account that has been permanently deactivated and/or deleted, then the User can file an appeal to Campaign #ForABetterWorld by contacting our Legal Team via email or filling out a form.

If the User is indicated to have violated the prohibition, as follows:

Irresponsible Account
User that has taken an Action in a way that is not in accordance with the “Action Guidelines” instruction listed in the Challenge on the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application.
1. First violation (minor (a) violation)
If we find a violation as described above, we will notify User to re-upload their Action, with the following conditions:

• If User has re-uploaded their Action, then we will consider that the problem has been resolved.
• If within the time-frame of 7 (seven) working days after we have sent the notice User does not respond and/or did not re-upload their Action, then we shall delete said action.

• If User has re-uploaded their Action, then we will consider that the problem has been resolved.
• If within the time-frame of 7 (seven) working days after we have sent the notice User does not respond and/or did not re-upload their Action, then we will enforce a suspension on User’s account. Several features may be limited for User, including:
  i. Cannot partake any Challenge on the Campaign #ForABetterWorld App;
  ii. Cannot upload any action.
• After 14 (fourteen) days, User’s account will be restored with supervision from our team.

• If User has re-uploaded their action, then we will consider that the problem has been resolved.
• If within the time-frame of 7 (seven) working days after we have sent the notice User does not respond and/or did not re-upload their Action, then we will deactivate and/or permanently delete the User’s account.
• If User wants to re-activate their deactivated and/or permanently deleted account, then User can request an appeal to Campaign #ForABetterWorld by contacting our Legal Team via email or filling out a form.

• Violence;

Sample case:
Users deliberately upload content that contains sadistic and inhuman actions towards other people and/or other living things such as animals and plants.

• Hate speech;

Sample case:
Users upload content that contains prohibited writing or behavior where these actions are thought to trigger violence, cause hatred, and prejudice.

• Issues of ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group relations (Indonesian term: SARA);

Sample case:
Users intentionally upload content aimed at a certain ethnicity, religion, race or specific group with the aim of insulting, isolating and mocking.

• Terrorism content;

Sample case:
Users deliberately upload content that contains violence or threats of violence that create an atmosphere of terror or fear widely and can cause mass casualties.

• Harassment, intimidation and threats;

Sample case:
Users upload content that contains verbal insults, threats, and/or physical violence against a certain person or group.

• Sexually explicit material;

Sample case:
Users upload content that contains pornography or indecent acts.

• Exploitation of children;

Sample case:
Users upload content that contains arbitrary actions and discriminatory treatment against children with the aim of forcing the child to do something without paying attention to children's rights such as their physical and mental development.

• Imitation;

Sample case:
Users upload content that contains elements in common with someone's work or content without the permission of the person who made the work, as indicated to plagiarism.

• Personal and confidential information;

Sample case:
Users upload content containing personal data where it is in fact confidential which should not be published in public and disseminated.

• Illegal acts;

Sample case:
Users upload content that contains actions that are prohibited in the laws and regulations prevailing in Indonesia.

• Copyright infringement;

Sample case:
Users take and upload other people's content without permission and violate the exclusive copyright owned by that person.

• Unauthorized use of content.

Sample case:
Users use content or take pictures of other users on our application without our and/or users' permission, then send them to other media for purposes that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations.

You can use the Report feature in our application, or contact us via [email protected], if you find an indication of a violation or abuse of these Terms and Conditions. We will continue to be committed to developing our application that is safe for you.

For Organizers residing and operating in the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia, Agreement on the rights and obligations of Campaign #ForABetterWorld and This organizer will be governed by and construed according to the laws of the country Republic of Indonesia.

For Organizers located and operating in the United States, Agreement on the rights and obligations of Campaign #ForABetterWorld and this Organizer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

For Organizers residing and operating in the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia, Campaign #ForABetterWorld and Organizer agreed to resolve disputes in the implementation of the Agreement through deliberation and agreed beforehand by not involving any party other than Campaign #ForABetterWorld and Organizer, until the dispute is completely done. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, then Campaign #ForABetterWorld and Organizer agree to resolve the dispute in the South Jakarta District Court.

For Organizers located and operating in the United States, Campaign #ForABetterWorld and Organizer agree to resolve disputes in the implementation of the Agreement through deliberation and consensus first by not involving any party other than Campaign #ForABetterWorld and Organizer, until the dispute is completely done. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, then Campaign #ForABetterWorld and Organizer agree to resolve the dispute comply with the provisions of dispute resolution in force in United States of America.

You agree that the Bahasa Indonesia version of this Terms and Conditions shall be controlling for all purposes (including, for the avoidance of doubt, where there are inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Indonesia version) and that the English version has been prepared solely for reference only.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect Our Services growth, such as when we add services, features or technology in the Campaign #ForABetterWorld Application. We will also update these Terms and Conditions for legal, regulatory, security reasons, or to prevent abuse and harm.

If at any time any part or provision of this Agreement becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, then the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired by it, and the Parties will sign the amendment to such part or provision so as to effect, together with the remaining provisions, the original intent of the Parties as closely as possible to the intent reflected in such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provisions.

We will give you advance notice before we make changes to these Terms and Conditions and give you the opportunity to review the changes before they take effect. After the updated Terms and Conditions are put in effect, you will be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions if you continue to use our Services.
