Again, we were joining the session through the live video on Facebook. Burgreens as a facilitator is very clear in delivering the social enterprise journey. There are so many takeaways we bring home from this session. There are 5 areas to learn in the journey on being social entrepreneur. 1st is the people. right people, right place, right team is very important in business. 2nd is market strategy which we need to develop revenue by analyzing how dynamic the market is. 3rd is execution about how efficient our operation is to make us sustain. 4th is cash, how much cash we have both from external and internal cash flow. 5th is the purpose, why we are doing this business. Furthermore, Helga also explain about the challenges which may happen in running social enterprise such as: the conflict between co-founders, to run business with familiy (in this case husband), the cash flow, managing the employees, last but not least is the financial challenge. Not just challenges she also deliver tools how we turn the challenge into an action.
