Update
On the second coaching class, we learned that every Sociopreneur will go through a phase which is called as "The Death Phase". It claims that if a start-up made it to survive the first five years, it is considered as a success. We were taught to start defining our target, by making a table consists of :
- Demand
- Market Size
- Economic Indicator
- Location
- Market Saturation
- Pricing
This coaching class made us realized that we have to acknowledge our value proposition, and also there are five areas to learn (as you could see from the second slide of the pictures above).
To begin a start-up, there are some steps called "Pre-Work"
1) Finding the "Why" and align it with our business
2) Find co-founders who have same vision
3) Last but not least, of course, learn as much as possible.
