Finally we have completed all the classes, and for the last we have a coaching related with how to measure social impact from our business. The class was a bit vacant so we had the opportunity to have a closer look with other participant ideas and even have more interaction with the speaker (Romy). We were guided to find our company ultimate goal so that it can help us to figure out appropriate measurement technique for the social impact. Several examples were given to help us understand the mission statement, start from the simple one to something that very long. We were also informed that simple mission statement was sufficient for us yet is still needs to be sharp and on point to maintain the focus of what we want to do with our business. As usual, we also had a little exercise; this time is about making mission statement and together with the participant enhancing the mission statement to make it more clear and measurable. Q&A session was also offered in the end before the closing. After the last class, I went to campaign office and met with two humble and nice staffs there. We for a short moment talked and exchanged bit information. To me it was a great service, and so amazed with their dedication to the company, something out of the class that I will take as role model in my own company.
