Tips & Trick To Make A Perfect Proposal - COACHING CLASS #1

On our first coaching class, we learned about how great proposals are made. Through this class, The CEO of Evoware gave us the materials we need. On his explanation, there are three most important things consisted on a perfect proposal. Those are:
1) Put Clear and Convincing Messages
- It has to be simple, understandable, sharp and straight to the point.
- Be clear on taking what's in target. Meaning that we should write down what's our ultimate intention or goals that's going to be achieved.
- Call to action.
2) Great Visual
Most importantly, we also have to use illustration and/or picture to make the reader understands what is the proposal about.
3) Let others review the proposal, is another great way to evaluate what should be added and what should be removed from the proposal. The experienced ones are those preferably to give feedback to our proposal.
In addition, we also learned to make operation plan - product development. And we even taught that time-table is needed to make sure you're on track of making progress with your proposal.
On top of that, we made a Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC) to help us know more about what our concerns are.
PS: We were so delighted by today's coaching class we even took picture with our SBMC.
