Good morning Good People! As startup started by bootstrapping without being in any incubator from the very first. We learned so many new things in all coaching classes provided in Young Changemaker Social Enterprise Academy. And we'd love to share what we've learned! This is it ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰ 1. CoachingClass #1: Tips & Trick to Make a Perfect Proposal. -The most important in making a perfect proposal is suitable for the audience, whether it's for investor or pitching, we need to know our target - We learned how to put clear and convincing messages, make great visual - We also learned that reviewing the successfull proposal and get feedback about our proposal are so important - What we really love is, when the speakers (Evoware Team) shared their proposal, that's the most complex yet pretiest proposal we've ever seen, it's the first successfull proposal we've learned, big thanks to @evoware 2. Coaching Class #2: Journey to be a Social Entrepreneur - We've just known about startup phase, there are Zero to One phase! (1-5 years) - Cash is so important and there are two kinds of it: external (fundraising/investor) and internal (profit, and growing organically is the best one). - It's also important to find the right team and put them in the right place, doing the right thing - We need to have well knowledge about strategy, engagement with people, execution, cash, and purpose of the business - The important steps: 1)Finding your why, 2)Pre-Work Stage; 3)Learn as much as possible; 4)Ideation, make product and the story; - Skills mapping is so important for the members of the team - We also learned about burgreens (thank you Kak Helga!) -The most interesting in this session is when Kak Helga told us about the books she read, some of them we've read, some not yet, and we are ready to read those books too! 3. Coaching Class #3: Planning for Sustainabilityย  - We learned deeper about business model, scalability and sustainability, also lean startup methodology (9 building blocks) - Promoting business value is so important to sustain the business - We also learned about 10 types of Innovation, and it's the first time we heard about that - We even learned the system which one big merchant used, mc don*ld and social enterprise model in the world - We also learned about Du Anyam in study case session, which presented by the CEO of DuAnyam - "Innovation almost never fails due to lack of creativity, it's almost always because of lack of discipline" -Pak David 4. Coaching Class #4: Measuring Social Impactย  - We've learned on how make a simple yet convincing and effective mission statement in eight words and how to do impact measurement in simple and cost efficient way - In mission statement, we need to have 1)Verb; 2)Target population and 3)Ultimate outcome - Based on mission statement, we need to decide at least 3 parameters we can measure, it can be quantitative and/or qualitative (it can be used to measure the past events or setting target for the future in certain period) -We also learned about Theory of Change (input-process-output-outcome) -We also learned how a business model could be called scalable and investable.
