Base on suggestion, our team composed of experts who have relevant experience to the venture core of business. In general waste bank business model can/does not create a lot of profits from waste management itself. The profitable part of this business is in collecting and selling anorganic waste which has high value in waste market, such as plastic, metal, and glass. Descriptions about source of revenue show that we have multiple sources of income. It will be useful if we can identify which sources of income contribute the most to the organization. We can then focus our limited resources to grow profit. The same thing for social impact, if we have a logical framework or agreed impact metrics, we can focus our limited resources to the most important social/environmental impact. Our proposal/application give an impression that we are not doing a lot of things to the point that it is not clear what our priorities are.
