We really enjoyed the second coaching especially to also meet Helga, the founder of Burgreens and listen to her experience in her first 5 years of running the business. She highlighted an important notion that at that timeframe a start-up business would face a great challenge, not to get large profit, however to keep survive during that time. That was also what we Rubysh experienced during our first years. We found that we have been spent a lot just to keep our company exist till now. Somehow, economic profit would be a second priority because the first would be surrounding the efforts to sustain the business operation which for sure costs us lots of money. Despite that hard time, we realized that we gained many beneficial lessons. We now have much better understanding about own products, more streamlined production flow, even more organized and digitalized financial bookkeeping. Helga mentioned a quite true aspect of business, during the times we get to know better our market leading us go to the right marketing strategy and target. In this second coaching, we were also given an opportunity to exercise a little practice. This time was about defining our market. After this fun activity, we eventually took many insights about who we are, who our market is, and how we can reach them as well. Overall, the class was once again such a nice experience and the vegan foods. Yummy. So inspired to start a healthy diet, worth to try right?
