In this coaching class we learnt one of the most important element to sustain and to grow the social enterprise, that is innovation. As the example, Blackberry is not sustained anymore because no more innovation. The basic thing that basically sustain the enterprises are configuration, offering, experience. In configuration, make sure that the enterprise is not growing and processing by itself but try to expand connection and collaborate with other enterprises. After expanding the connection, focus on the product and your performance as a team. Try to create innovation then evaluate and create again. The last one is experience which including service, channel, brand and customer engagement.
