Kita Hebat Co-Founder, Lily participate at Women Earth Alliances (WEA) Indonesia. Her participation there mainly to achieve SDG's goal no. 10. : Reduce Inequality Within and Among Countries. There are 25,000 people with special needs in Medan city and 10% of them are autistic individuals who are neglected among all difable treatment due to lack of care, knowledge and funds. About 70 % of 2,500 individuals with autistic or 1,700 autistic individuals do not have the opportunity to study at formal or inclusive school, employment or vocational skill place. Likewise about 250.000 low income family lived in Medan city or about 10% of population. Since 2006, Lily has empowered about 600 autistic individual (about 30% of pupulation in Medan city) by providing therapy & schooling and employment opportunity or entrepreneur skill at her school in order to have Quality of life (QoL). Likewise about 500 low income individuals around Medan city have got recycle and art skill training, mostly in their communities in order to increase 10% earning.
