Content Creator - Create strategies to grow apps users and social media through creative promotions and organic sales campaigns. - Conceptualizing and producing integrated content and media campaigns that support our initiatives, platforms, and programming utilizing all available promotional inventories with an emphasis on Digital and Social Media strategies as needed.  - Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms. - Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics. - Edit and proofread written pieces before publication. - Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content. - Promote content on apps and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares). - Coordinate with community engagement and design teams to illustrate articles. - Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates). - Update our websites as needed. Head of Productions - Working with the Programming & Communication team to understand the event requirements. - Support the management of projects from brief through to on-site delivery. - Liaising with programming, communication, technical project managers, client-side technicians, suppliers and other stakeholders.  - Attend site visits and assist in putting together technical specifications and health and safety documentation. - Supporting on produce quotes, purchase orders and work with the production assistants and operations team to secure logistics, kit and crew. - Maintaining project timeframes and budgets. - Attending and overseeing the events on-site.
