COACHING CLASS # 2 The lessons that we got from #BeSociopreneur Coaching Class # 2 with HARA and Alpha JWC Venture are: FROM HARA: 3 Things that can be started to build our enterprise are: be creative, try from small and empower who surround you. Gender diversity in team: According to Larisa Sidarto (Director of Business Development and Marketing of HARA) in a team, gender diversity is very important, where with gender diversity we can get many ideas, challenge each other and be able to spot the blanks, so complementary, because the best ideas come from team collaboration. Technology on HARA's view: According to Larisa Sidarto technology is to improve business, but not everyone is ready with technological developments, especially farmers. That's why HARA maximizes sustainable technology to farmers by working with agripreneur in villages, where the agripreneur are people who can be reached by HARA and can use applications from HARA, so the agripreneur is a media between HARA and farmers. How important are social impacts that can be given to the community? -very important -with scability: sustain your business -with technology: can bring your business faster, scale your business and impactful - financial sustainability: sometimes a social enterprise focuses on impact and forgets to focus on financial impact, must focus on both "impact and profit", because when you get financial sustainability (profit) you will have room to grow and bring more initiative to scale and have much impact on the community. -collaboration is key, it's not competition. Team building: Everyone has advantages, look for a team that can complement each other, cover each other, someone who has different skill sets and someone who complement you. How HARA empower people: Knowing what people want in their lives (farmers), knowing what are their passions, where by understanding these things we can connect with what their goals. HARA will help them to work to achieve it. FROM ALPHA JWC VENTURE: Overcoming being an introvert: According to Nadia Putri if we are introverts, if you are passionate about something, you should try to speak first, because introverts are usually difficult to speak, on the other hand an introvert is a good listener.
