Day 3

We started our morning with processing and validating data we got from sample of our beneficiaries data via interview with SIAP Team.

Then, we were encouraged to discuss improvement idea based on the validation. In noon session, SIAP team taught us about business model and how to innovate it usinh Business Model Kit 10 Types Innovation, this session helps a lot since we can see our current model but also knowing how we can expand our business in the future. ✨ 

After that we learned to make solution improvement action plan then followed how to manage our company finance and sustainability.

Night Session
The last session is practicing our pitch, that was delivered by Group W Jakarta and we were happy to be trained before the real presentation happen ! We learned a lot that we need to simplify our story so it can reach our audience but in the same time supported by valid data.

The 3rd day was very full but we received a lot of important learning ! Thank you YCSE Academy 2.0 ✨😊❤️
