The first bootcamp topic learned by the participants was about "Me to We", that is about how to build a team, founders agreement, conflict management, establishing team culture, and human resource. These sessions were facilitated by Campaign.com team.
Another participant from #GestureLinguistic, Nor Laili, showed her impression about the bootcamp committee and curriculum, "I see that all the bootcamp committee are well-organized and friendly to us participants. We feel so welcomed! I'm especially impressed by how they welcome us with a goodie bag and a welcome message in our bed. It's really touching, unlike in other programs where the goodie bags are given during registration. Talking about the bootcamp curriculum, it's very practical and directly targets our needs for real solution."
During the first day of the bootcamp, participants were first welcomed by representatives of YCSE Academy team and given detailed explanation about the academy. There were especially an exclusive presentation about the product launch event and how to maximize social media for promotion by @america representatives.
One of the participants, Kharolin Hilda Amazona from #MenganyamPesisirWomenEmpowerment showed her excitement for the launch product event. "I'm so excited and can't wait for our product launch event. I feel so honoured and proud to launch my product in @america since that place has staged and facilitated many young people and social enterprises to go. public. The other reason is that I'm happy to represent my social enterprise, Menganyam Pesisir. With this launch event, I hope that Menganyam Pesisir will be more well-known, and also there will be more people supporting coastal women."

The bootcamp is going on until next Thursday where all the 10 team will present their social enterprise in @america. This presentation day is open and free for public.
