Neurodiversity refers to natural variations of the human brain. Brain variations should be  respected and accepted as any other human variation. Neurodiversity includes Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Tourette syndrome, and many other neurological differences.  
 
35 percent of young adults (ages 19-23) with autism have not had a job or received postgraduate education after leaving high school while employees with ADHD are 30% more likely to have chronic employment issues, 60% more likely to be fired from a job, and three times more likely to quit a job impulsively.
 
These facts highlight that there is a lack of acceptance for neurodivergent individuals. Will you help us create and encourage acceptance and make our environments and systems effectively inclusive for neurodivergent individuals?

Neurodivergent individuals face many challenges because of lack of acceptance. Through this campaign, our mission is to give neurodiversity education to create and encourage acceptance for autistic and otherwise neurodivergent individuals. 

Our mission is ambitious and kind so we NEED kind and ambitious people to join hands with us and change our environments and systems to be more effectively inclusive by creating and encouraging acceptance.
