Income inequality, lack of diversity in the workplace, and many other issues are why so many feel as though they are not welcomed in society. This campaign aims to shed light to those who are perceived as “unequal.”


Racism, homophobia, sexism and all sorts of other discrimination are present in our everyday lives. These often happen due to lack of comprehension of diversity throughout people’s lives. 

Teaching people about diversity and how present it is can help eliminate stigma and discrimination.

Our campaign,#EqualityAroundMe, aims to encourage everyone to focus on the diversity that surrounds.

This challenge consists of sharing photos of actions and diversity/equality related activities, mainly aiming to show the diversity of those around us such as the income inequality, differing cultures, and many more.

Proceeds will go to enhancing this cause by allowing action to be taken by other organizations. These simple actions can help eliminate even a tiny bit of stigma around us, and can overall have a huge impact. 

We will use our funds to donate to charities and enhance our online work. We will also distribute some to our members to volunteer at a local charity. This initiative allows us to reach people all over the world and help many people who need it, such as immigrants, those with low incomes, and anyone who can be helped through charitable acts.
