This is my very first time joining CFD at the heart of Jakarta City. It was superr megaa crowded! I barely had space for running but that's totally fine, i decided to walk because I'm with my friend timmy, we chatted along the way, enjoying the view and the atmosphere. For me going out and doing exercise has always been a good thing to do, to combat anxiety, bad thoughts, and sadness butt just wanted to let you know there's no magic bullet here it will take time but believe me your body and your mind will be better overtime :)

My dad is the type of person who doesn't have a big belly. So here comes his daughter, who has a big belly, ready to help him finish his food. Sharing a plate for two with a person or a group really awakens your taste buds! Indonesia also has that culture, where a group of people eat together on the same big plate. Sometimes they use a banana leaf as a base for their food, which is called "ngeliwet" in Javanese and "botram" in Sundanese. Trust me, it tastes really good!

One thing I am extremely grateful for this year is dedicating my free time on weekends to volunteering in my local community. Spending time with young children brings me immense joy, and it brings even more happiness to see them smile. They have countless questions about things they don't know, which can sometimes be overwhelming. They also ask why I didn't come last week, which adds to the excitement and reinforces my motivation to keep coming back every weekend.

I realized that I used to drink a lot of water and consume many plastic bottles when I go out. However, ever since I found this large blue bottle with a handle, I hardly ever buy bottled water anymore. It has also saved me a significant amount of money! 🤑 I can easily take it anywhere without burdening my back because of its handle. Additionally, it has a generous capacity of 1.5 liters, which means I don't have to go back and forth to refill it frequently. It's truly the best for me!

one of my favorite spot for studying is a spot that is close to the window. After I have been busy with a lot of work on my laptop. I take a moment to stare outside of my room trough the window. Sometimes I just closed my eyes and take a deep breath, feeling the air flowing trough my face, when it comes it feels so soft, cold, and maybe tingly because of my hair but I feel so serene...
