This is my small business I made for about 2 years ago I guess, I ran this business while I had my winter break and came back for holiday to Indonesia. I was so boring so I want to make myself busy and get money from it. So I had an idea to make an innovation of roti bakar. Everything was smooth until I had to come back to Japan to continue my study. First and second months was okay but the rest of it I had to close it because none of us can ran my business continuously. I probably called it as not-so-successful business yet I am brave enough to start and work hard for this business and once I finished my study I’d love to continue it again.

This’s actually from the book I currently reading. This’s an epic book that could give thousands energy and positive outlook to keep continuing whatever I am working on. Remember you can’t stop to the things you’ve started, I know there must be a procrastination but remember why did you start this work.

I want to encourage people here to remember that grade is not everything! Your self-development is the most important thing. When you have a good quality of self-development you’ll know how to accept your own failure and then get up re-building your goals because none of things are instant, everything needs a long and persistent process.
One the habits I work on this year is reading self-development, human psychology or any books related to personal life. Remember educating yourself is not always through school class, but the books you are read also one of a way making yourself better!

This is my boyfriend. He experienced some mental health issues when he was younger. I am experiencing some mental health issues in my 20s which is pretty normal as a newly adult. He’s always helpful in terms helping me to overcome or to make me feel better whenever I have panic attacks.

Essential affirmation of the day; day can be bad or unlucky, you may face many turbulence yet! Remember that the day isn’t over, you have tomorrow and yesterday was a history which definitely couldn’t define you as you are. Keep moving and have high hopes for your life!

My successful project called “Saving for myself”. Why did I call this as a project? 
I believe if we hear about “project” people would definitely imagine as a big work and has a lot of benefit to people and so on. But for me project can come in any forms and project needs a hard and persistent work to actually complete it. 
This year I started to saving money, it sounds easy but actually not. I also realize saving money needs a lot of effort and not all people can do it properly. So I conclude that saving money is a skill that everyone should learn it.

A very nice reminder for all of us! 
So if there is one important message to spread this mental health awareness week it is this. Nobody is immune from changes in their
mental health. We are all constantly moving along a spectrum. But the potential for moving toward being unwell also means there is potential for moving back in the other
direction back towards wellbeing and good health. There are lots of ways to do that and they all involve committing to do the best by yourself and putting in some work.

This’s the photo when I went to Adelaide, South Australia. 
I took this picture in front of the art gallery of south Australia. I could say “travelling” as the main activity that I did in this pic. Yet, not just travelling, I had a chance to experience and see how Australian people/family are. 
I really like Australian culture, it’s very different from Japan. Very laid-back culture and people are very nice. It was really nice to be asked “how are you?” Or “how’s your day” by a stranger. 

This’s the picture of me and my friends from different part of the world and cultural background. 
I’m from Indonesia, my friends are from Vietnam, Thailand and Mongolia. 
Despite our differences language and cultural background, we are still a good friends since the first time we met in uni. Not only about cultural background, our personality that also makes us different from one another. 
It can be an overwhelming experience since you probably think when the clash happened between us how we solve it since four of us are different? Well communication is the key. Being open to one another also help, we like sharing our country together how the culture are different and not only about the differences. But I learned that in some countries we actually have something in common but just a bit different. 
Despite our differences, I believe we have to create a save environment for everyone and being open-minded is the most important aspect, as well as you willing to compromise because no one is perfect and differences is pretty normal among human being, and actually the differences that we have is the one that makes us unique.

A week ago, I went to 川越まつり or kawagoe festival. This festival has been there for like 300 years ago. It was stopped for a while during covid and this year they finally held this festival again. 
This festival was designated as a national important intangible folk cultural property. 
This festival showed me many things, the uniqueness of Japanese culture and how people interested to Japanese culture. When I went there, I found a lot of non-Japanese people were also very keen to experience the festival. It showed me that, even though you’re not Japanese, you can still able to enjoy and experiencing this festival. Moreover, you can also try different types of food in the festival. 
This festival taught me that “diversity” is the important key of this festival as there were a lot of non-Japanese and even Japanese people that live far away but they came to Kawagoe for experiencing this annual festival.
