Update
1. The participants must be a YSEALI member:
- Alumni of one of the following YSEALI programs: YSEALI Academic Fellowship, YSEALI Professional Fellowship, YSEALI Generation Regional Workshop, YSEALI Seeds for the Future Grants Competition preferred,
- Those who are not a YSEALI member can register in https://asean.usmission.gov/yseali/
-Be between 18 years of age and 35 years of age at the time of the beginning of the Academy.
2. Social enterprise team consisting of 3 people
- Clearly defined social mission,
- Product or service should at least be at the prototype stage,
- 2 team members and 1 coach when applicable,
- Be conversant in English.
3. Show commitment and dedication to the process
- Complete as many the pre-academy activities (online and offline) as possible,

▪Coaching Class #2 “Journey to be a social entrepreneur”
Date : Thursday, 7 February 2019
Time : 6 - 9 pm
Location : Campaign #ForChangeID Hub
▪Coaching Class #3 “Planning for Sustainability”
Date : Thursday, 14 February 2019
Time : 2 - 4 pm
Location : @america
▪ Coaching Class #4 “Measuring Social Impact”
Date : Thursday, 21 February 2019
Time : 6 - 9 pm
Location : Campaign #ForChangeID Hub
- Be available and able to participate in all four days of the Academy.
▪ Bandung & Jakarta, 20 - 23 March 2019
4. Your initiatives will be judged by:
- Elimination round to get Best 20 initiatives
▪ @america team
▪ Campaign team
- Final round to get Top 10 initiatives: Public Vote
5. Best 20 initiatives will be selected by Campaign and @america team based on:
- The correlation of the initiatives with Sustainable Development Goals
- Membership of YSEALI
- The team’s performance in attendance, completing the coaching classes and assignments
- Public & Team member vote (participant can not vote the own initiative)
6. Campaign & @america will announce best 20 initiatives via social media on March 4th, 2019 to be in voting period
7. Best 20 initiatives will also be contacted by email to be explained about the voting mechanism
8. Voting period to get Top 10 initiatives will be starting from March 4, 2019 until March 10, 2019
9. Top 10 initiatives which can join the 4-days Young Changemakers Social Enterprise Academy will be announced via social media on March 11th, 2019.
10. If the Top 10 initiatives cannot be reached or does not reply the email within 3 after the initial notification, then @america & Campaign reserves the right to select another finalist
11. Travel availability is required for Top 10 initiatives to join 4-Days Young Changemakers Social Enterprise Academy in Bandung & Jakarta from March 20, 2019 - March 23, 2019
12. @america & Campaign reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, and these terms and conditions without advanced notice, due to force major. Any changes to the competition will be shared with entrants as soon as possible
13. Employees of @america, the United States Embassy - Indonesia, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way to the competition are excluded from competition participation
14. All submissions are the property of @america & Campaign
15. All decisions are final
