​Happy International Women Day !

Day 1 mostly filled with orientation activities. We were so excited today that we were able to meet other 9 female socio tech companies, in the first session we got to learn each other, what @america, campaign.id and the program is. Some interesting thing is about how can we utilize our social media to gain more supporter and to be known by the community from @america team. We also had chance to make draft on our product launching session and got feedback from US Embassy staffs.

The most insigtful session was the last session during breakout clinic where we got a chance to learn about Founders' agreement, Work Ethos as well as Legal and HR for SE Companies. We also got to hear the founder story of each start ups. 

One thing that we highlight and become our to do list is to make Founders Agreement where we already make clear scenario of what we need to do in the base, best and worst cases of the company to avoid conflict and harm for the company or the founders.

We can't wait for the 2nd Day :)
