After joining the SDG PIPE, I would like to implement the knowledge and use the connection that I have to enhance and develop further Katalisator Muda (KaMu) Indonesia to sustain in term of funding and Impact. Since I would like to reach out more youth to empower them to be a youth peace catalyst in Indonesia.                 As the specific project #TidakMewakiliSaya, we would like to continue and expand its duration for 1 year long and involved more stakeholders as our collaborator in some cities in Indonesia, we would like to reach out 100,000 youth across Indonesia as our output and to establish an inclusive sense of youth community that embraces other youths to not involve and do violence action as an outcome.   The project strategy will be explained as follow: Target, The target audiences for this campaign will be youths with the ranges of 17-25 years old, which have an occupation as students and early entry work.   Online Campaign Plan, #TidakMewakiliSaya will continue to produce one social media content each day and one video content biweekly. Along with the promotion plan to boost up the outreach and its engagement by Instagram and Facebook Ads, as well as inviting Collaborating partners to share the content in their official social media.   Offline integration plan. Collaborating with local youth community in several new cities (Yogyakarta, Solo, Cirebon, Lampung, and Jakarta) to hold seminars to know more about violence and conflict in which includes the message #TidakMewakiliSaya.   Monitoring Plan and Analytic plan. To monitor the progress of the campaign, we would like to use Keyhole and Talkwalker as the tools. As for the schedule, we will do a Biweekly Monitoring during the campaign. Follower growth, reach, demographics, comments, “likes”, and shares are matter, we would like to aim Followers increase by 30% at the end of the campaign and Increasing the engagement rate of the account by 3% at our social media by the end of the campaign period.     Estimated Budget   In continuing and expanding the duration for 1 year of #TidakMewakiliSaya campaign and reach out to several more cities, the estimated budget needed for the project is around Rp 100,000,000 in which includes Event management, Logistic, Communication and Design, Liaison Officer, and Research Division.
