Tinung Rambu was happy to learn more from the next coaching class dari STOQO in the last session. Pitching the idea to get investment is one of the main thing for start up like us. We know the most start up are fail in the first year and we won’t the same thing happens to us.
How to identify the potential business partner is important to us especially in our case who works with very etnic and special work like culture and empowering local people. We have to explain why customer what to pay and the value behind for things we have in Tinung Rambu. Yes, now Tinung Rambu is facing the challenges and trying to build the best way to explain business plan and to make people convince what we are working now.
STOQO experiences are so helpful for Tinung Rambu. We learn that couraging to just start, learn and keep moving. Keep persistance to achieve the target, to convince the people about the business we are working for. Strong belief and values among the team will bring the mission to the real. Lesson learned in supporting the team are focus on business impact, ruthlessly prioritize and freedom for the team in contributing. Any products and technology shall give impact to people.
