So, Lemonilo wants to deliver the healthy product that are affordable, tasty, and also practical.

To help the founder make this happen is hire people.
1. Product & Tech Team in 2 weeks they research in marketplace to prove weather Indonesia essentiallu ready to consume healthy food or not
2. HR Team to hire great people

Why Instant Noodle? 
Because Indonesian people really love instant noodle even they know its not healthy

Social mission of Lemonilo : To create accessible healthy lifestyle for everyone.
Their success -> help the country to be more productive country

Be passionate about your products, dont ever dive into something that you're not passionate about. Enterpreneur is very very very hard. Its gonna be harder if you're not passionate about it.

1. Does the educational background of the team influence in forming strong team?
- Lemonilo : Yes, but the very important thing is how to compliment of the team
- Alpha JWC Ventures : Yes. Find partner that will compliment you. But this is not the basic for investors. They will love us if you have prototype/ product market fit.

2. Whats the biggest cahallenge of creating the prototype product?
Lemonilo : Let the market speaks, dont take too much time to launch the product perfectly. Iterate the top 3 note from costumer. Use social media to minimize the MVP.
Alpha JWC Ventures : Clear product market fit is something that investor wants from the start up, because it will make focus.

3. Access to get potentional investor
Alpha JWC Ventures : Nowadays is easy because a lot of information to get find how to get fund from the investor.
Lemonilo : Investor wants someone they can trust. Try to get smart money because any number of money is never be enough.

1. Lemonilo's founder learn from failure of the 1st business : essence of creating start up is solving other people problem. The solution have to be so good, so beneficial so that other people willing to pay (Find pinpoint)
2. How do we get passion? Based on personal journey. Find something that you are really excited about, find ideal world that you want. The principal as enterpreneur is integrity.
3. Pricing Strategy -> Find target market.
4. (Alpha JWC Ventures) ROI -> Early stage company/Social Enterpreneur is not design to be profitable soon unlike traditional business. It has to be sustainable.

6. How to be able to compete if we sell the same product with competitors? Don't sell the same product, give different value.
